As a customer of SllimSix & Armada Printwear, you agree to be bound by the following policies, terms and conditions: 

Payment: Full payment, is required for your order. No work will processed until payment is received. We accept cash, checks, PayPal and credit cards (Discover, Master Card, Visa). A $25 NSF fund fee will apply to any returned checks. All sales are final. Requests for refunds are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. In Armada Printwear's  sole discretion, it may request work to be returned prior to issuing a refund. There are no partial refunds for work not completed. 

Minimums: There are no minimums for Direct to Garment Printing orders. Screen Printing & Embroidery order minimums is typically twelve pieces.. 

Turnaround Times: Standard turnaround for production is 7-12 business days. Rush production is available for some products and services. Additional fees apply. 

Out of Stock Items: On rare occasion, our vendors may run out of particular style or color in a certain brand. If this occurs we have a variety of product substitutes available from alternate vendors. Pricing may vary with vendor. If you choose to wait for the item to come back in stock, day one of production begins the day the blank items are received.

Estimates, Proposals, Quotes: Estimates, quotes, proposals, etc. expire within 15 days and are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. 

Screen Setup Fees: Screen setup fees is for the preparation of the screen, for a print job. Each color from your artwork design requires a screen to be made. Payment of screen setup fees does NOT constitute the purchase of a screen. Artwork charges will apply if artwork is not print ready. 

Printing Methods and Materials: Unless otherwise specified, Armada Printwear will choose the imprint method and imprint size we feel is best suited for the job. 

Customer Supplied Materials: Customer-supplied materials (i.e. garments, caps, bags, promotional products) are subject to a 2% misprint allowance. Any misprints will be credited as a print owed and not as an item owed.  

Artwork: You are 100% responsible for your digital file(s): If your file(s) are not submitted properly Armada Printwear cannot be held responsible. Armada Printwear will not double check your files, sizes, or approved artwork submitted via our website or email. Please be sure to proofread your artwork very carefully and inspect your file preview.  

Digital Artwork Proofs: Artwork proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of a print job and the order details. Armada Printwear requires approval each job’s proof via e-mail in order to begin production unless designed in our studio.  All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can enter production. You [the purchaser] certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use previously copyrighted or trademarked image(s) being used in the design of your order.

Color Accuracy: Due to variances in computer monitors and printers, colors in an artwork proof or mockup are not true to the finished product. If you desire a specific color match, please specify the color by providing either a physical sample or listing a corresponding Pantone Ink color (PMS color) on your purchase order. Additional color matching fees apply.  

Mistakes and Misprints: In the event that Armada Printwear is responsible for a mistake in order production or fulfillment, the misprinted items will be reprinted at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.

Copyrights and Ownership: In accordance with copyright laws, a design is the property of the designer; said design cannot be reproduced in any way, without the written consent of the owner. All drawings, artwork files, color separations, films, screens, proofs & other visual presentation materials supplied by Armada Printwear shall remain the property of Armada Printwear and may be shown in printed or online portfolios for the length of the lifetime of the artist. Final artwork & concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without the express written permission of Armada Printwear. 

Shipping: We ship all orders via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. If you prefer a specific carrier, please specify the carrier name upon order placement. Pick up is also available for those in the Armada, Michigan area. 

Delivery Time: Your estimated time is listed on Delivery Information page. If selected delivery time is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control you will be notified promptly.

Packaging: Unless other arrangements have been made, all jobs will be shipped in bulk packaging. Individual bagging, tagging, sorting, labeling, and folding are available upon request. Additional fees apply.

Order Receipt: We encourage you to check the quantity and quality of your order immediately. Armada Printwear will not be held responsible for problems with your order unless we are notified of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can enter production.  

Order Cancellations: Subject to all the other requirements of this Agreement, no refunds are available on orders unless work has not been started and the refund is requested the same business day. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to be issued. Refunds may be subject to applicable return shipping and/or restocking fees.  

Resellers/Brokers: You must provide a copy of your current valid State Resale Certificate. Contact us for our wholesale price list. Ethical Standards: Armada Printwear reserves the right to refuse service. All artwork is subject to review and must be free of obscene, vulgar, violent, or sexually suggestive content. 

 Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Armada Printwear from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this web site. You also certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use the image(s) being imprinted as part of your order. 

 Privacy: Armada Printwear is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable.
